What to do if you're struggling to get a refund In October this year, a spokesperson from Teletext told The Mirror the amount they’ve refunded to customers stands at £10.8million - but said it still owes £1.2million towards historic and ongoing cancellations. The Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) had heard from hundreds of customers who complained about not being refunded for their cancelled trips. Teletext is facing court action over claims it hasn't done enough to provide refunds to package holiday customers during the Covid crisis. "To complete the claims process, customers are required to submit the following details of their booking with Truly Travel: booking reference number, named lead passenger, email address given at the time of booking, departure date and proof of payments, in the form of credit/debit card or bank statements."
